No positives. The staff seemed like part‑time workers, lacking basic hotel skills. It felt like the hotel is actively targeting Chinese corporate guests, with buses parked in front of the building and passengers pulling luggage haphazardly, blocking the corridor, and loudly chatting in the elevator—unpleasant behavior. The hotel has shifted toward inbound demand, making it tough for Japanese travelers.

The view was great and the lounge was free, but the room was filthy with hair and dust, and the worst part was that the bathtub didn’t work and the shower wouldn’t turn on. The toilet seat smelled like sewage, and both the hallway and the room carried that same stench.

It was so quiet and very relaxing, no complaints at all.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations with both Japanese and Western options. The room felt dated and the hallway had an old‑house smell that was noticeable.
