The breakfast is excellent and the surroundings are wonderful. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The front‑desk guy was very friendly and kind to us. Perhaps the renovations weren't up to the standard a place with so much history deserves, but nothing major; I'm an antique lover and noticed that detail, yet it's insignificant. The place is fabulous.

The location, the décor, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the cleanliness, the breakfast…everything! A beautiful experience! A great price/quality ratio. Of course many details might not be perfect!

The hotel has an excellent location, good breakfast, and a very pleasant pool. It doesn't live up to a 4‑star standard; there was evident lack of maintenance and cleanliness.
