The staff were cooperative, yet there was no facility inside the hotel room.

Nothing to praise, and I couldn’t check in because the property owner refused to let me.

Nothing to highlight, but the staff were very poor, the hotel name was wrong, it was hard to find, and the staff behaved unprofessionally during the stay.

My booking was cancelled by the hotel manager without any notice; when I arrived, I discovered the reservation had been cancelled.
