“Perfect stay”

It’s hard to put into words just how kind and welcoming the hotel staff were. From the moment we arrived until we left, I noticed little thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly cared for. Everyone, from the manager to the housekeeping staff, helped make our stay feel personal and special. The hotel was more spacious than we expected. The pool was lovely and clean, and there was a small playground that our daughter could enjoy. The location was also perfect for our safari the following day. We took dinner, breakfast, and after the safari we came back for lunch because the restaurant was good. The staff were flexible; there was no baby cot available, but they set up a small bed in our room for our daughter. Nothing negative.

A dreamlike location in the jungle, very well kept, great, very attentive and engaged staff. The rooms are large and very clean, good food and breakfast. A great pool, a short walk to the sunset at the dam.

“Familien mit Kinder und Ruhe Genießer bleibt weg von hier!”

The location is a dream. The food tastes very good. And the restaurant staff are simply great. During the day and every evening there is a celebration with loud music. During the day you could still hear it. But at night it was a disaster with children. When we mentioned it, we were told for the second time that there would be no loud and disturbing music. What was the opposite. It even lasted until midnight. Then a drunken man came into our room. (We had forgotten to close the door during the initial excitement). When we tried to find someone to complain to at 2 a.m., no staff member was around. We sent them several messages, but nobody made the effort to solve our problem or even reply. The beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel is huge and very pleasant. The pool is amazing and there’s a kids’ park and plenty of green space to relax. The staff are very friendly.

The pool and kids’ play area are great, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The food felt like extra good authentic home cooking. Our room was spacious and we had a relaxing stay. We organized our safari through the hotel, which was super easy. The grounds were lovely and the food was awesome.
