The location is very convenient for reaching the main historic sites—Santa Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern—plus the T1 tram stop is nearby and a few stops away you can get to the Grand Bazaar, the Spice Bazaar, and the ferry docks. The apartment is well sound‑proofed, and the host is attentive and very helpful. Mostly nothing to complain about, though a bit more attention to details (garden/terrace cleaning, light above the bathroom mirror, dishes, etc.) could still improve the stay.

The experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. On arrival we found rubbish and broken glass inside the accommodation, creating a serious safety hazard. The shower head was broken and unusable. The property’s condition was clearly unsuitable for safe occupancy, so I didn’t stay at all. I still haven’t received a refund; later I was told they couldn’t reach an agreement with the property and offered only EUR 20.16 in travel credits. Finding broken glass, dirt, and a broken shower head in a supposedly prepared accommodation is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this property.

I stayed in a quiet spot close to the sea, about a 15‑minute walk from Sultan Ahmed. The place had no elevator and the AC leaked a bit of water; I hope they fixed it.

The hotel sits very near the Blue Mosque and the staff were friendly. The terrace on the top floor offers a great view. The room was a little cramped and the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped.
