Overall, the staff were very polite and helpful, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Rondonópolis. Nothing else to mention.

The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well though it took a while to heat up, the room was a good size and the hydro was functioning properly. The minibar was stocked with basics, room service was quick, and there were tele‑delivery options that were very useful. The climate control was lacking; the city was very hot and the air conditioner didn’t cool enough—more powerful units would help. Reception staff were not fully present at the front desk, seemed reluctant when they were, and answering the phone took a long time. The outdoor pool could have its water warmed a bit to break the ice; stepping from the heat into cold water isn’t enjoyable.
