The location works well. When we entered the unit, a fresh scent greeted us and the interior felt vibrant and cozy. They included essential kits—toiletries, hygiene items, first‑aid supplies—which is impressive since not all Airbnb listings do that. Cooking and dining utensils are available, plus free coffee. The media setup, lighting, and sound use modern tech, and the internet is fast enough for Netflix and YouTube, making it a solid choice for remote work. The beds and linens are clean and comfortable. What stood out most was the host, Ms. Ally, who was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed; we even got a late checkout for a reasonable fee. Overall, we had a great stay at Modern Style Living and would definitely return if we need a place again. Thank you! The only downsides are that drinking water isn’t provided, so you must bring or buy it at the supermarket downstairs. The dining table and chairs only seat two, so when I booked for three, we couldn’t all eat together. The balcony faces SM Light Residences 2, which is still under construction, so dust and noise from the site made it hard to relax there. These aren’t huge problems, but worth noting before booking.
