The room was clean, modern, and came with free breakfast and a fitness center. It was a little pricey, but the hotel is reliable.

The breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable, but everything else was lacking.

The room was large, but there was no soap in the bathroom and the shower soap bottles were almost empty, making it hard to get soap. Breakfast was poor and the overall feel of the hotel was shabby.

Durante cinco días no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas ni una sola vez. No entiendo a los que hablan de buen desayuno; es lo más simple que hay y no tiene nada de excepcional.

Cleanliness was not very high, and I think they were short‑staffed. The floors were sticky, bins were overflowing, and our room was never cleaned. The service isn’t great either; I’m still waiting for a resolution two months after checkout, even though the manager promised a refund.
