There are no facilities, and although they claimed high‑speed internet, it was terrible and didn't even connect to Wi‑Fi; the rooms weren't clean, lockers didn't work, the photos on the website were misleading, and the area was noisy with traffic so it felt like sleeping on the road.

Nothing. I’m sharing my honest experience as a solo female traveller. Unfortunately, the property was not as beautiful or well-maintained as it appears in the photos. Many people seem to live here more like a PG, and you can see personal belongings scattered around the property. There don’t seem to be proper rules or restrictions regarding cleanliness and common areas. The property itself is quite old. Although the washrooms are cleaned, the overall bathroom structure and maintenance make them feel very unhygienic. The floors, bathrooms, kitchen platform and other common areas also need much better maintenance. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper management. There is no clear hostel name displayed at the property and no reception. The property manager was rarely available, and sometimes even the phone was not answered. This made the whole experience feel very unorganised and lacked a sense of responsibility. I booked this place after looking at the photos and facilities, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed after arriving. I stayed for two nights, but the overall hygiene was a major concern. The environment was so unhygienic that I didn’t even feel comfortable cooking or preparing food in the kitchen. When I arrived at my dorm, the bedsheet on my bed had a bad smell. The kitchen utensils were also very dirty. There is a geyser for hot showers, but it was not working during my stay. The property also feels more like a PG, with many boys staying there. Their clothes were often left to dry on chairs and sofas in the common areas, which made me feel uncomfortable, especially as a solo female traveller. The internet connection also kept dropping. There is a workspace, but even that area had dust and dirt, and there was a lot of traffic noise, so it didn’t feel like the comfortable working space shown in the photos.
