The new structure is very clean, with spacious and quiet rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good but could be a bit more varied. There are no services outside the rooms; an accessible bathroom for guests would be appreciated. The location is nice, close to the 99 Cannelle Fountain, but until the reconstruction work is finished it’s difficult to reach the city center without a car.

The village is beautiful, though the street is currently under renovation. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is very tasty. The bed was uncomfortable.

Excellent location, not far from the station and close to a park and the famous 99 Cannelle Fountain. The room is spacious, stylishly furnished, and the modern bathroom has a large shower. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options for all tastes. Highly recommended.

One of the beds was a very uncomfortable sofa bed. It’s very far from the center.

The free parking behind the property is very convenient, and the location is close to the train station and the 99 Cannelle Fountain. To reach L’Aquila Alta, you could drive and park in one of the city center lots and then return without fear of losing your spot. The room is comfortable with useful furnishings. The bathroom is magnificent with a complete toiletry set. In the room, there are coffee pods with an espresso machine, a kettle for tea with filters, sugar, honey, and bottled water in the fridge. Air conditioning. The only downside: if you look for the slightest flaw, the windows lacked screens.
