The staff were amazing and quick to respond to requests. The patio was beautiful, though we got mosquito bites there—though that’s not their fault.
The place looked gorgeous, and despite its compact size it compensated with its style and fantastic staff.
Breakfast was tasty but the service lagged. The AC in our room failed, and during a wedding we were told it couldn’t be fixed and we’d be moved. Late at night we asked for help to repack and move, but no one was available; eventually someone helped us move our stuff, but no apology came until the departure check‑in, when I mentioned the issue and they said the stay was just okay. After explaining, they credited $75 to my bill. A 5‑star hotel should handle such situations better.
