“Worth travelling to Leitrim to stay here and experience the beautiful town”
The staff were absolutely excellent, no faults there. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. The gentleman who checked us in (without being asked) switched our room to a more accessible one after seeing my mother use a walking stick. That might explain why we ended up in the older part of the hotel, but it didn’t ruin the stay; the room could use a bit of upgrading, though. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and was serviced that day. The old‑world feel, the newspaper articles on the walls, the historic staircases and cabinets all add to the charm. I’ll definitely return next year. The only criticism is that the rooms could use a little upgrade.
