“je ne reviendrais pas dans cette établissement”
The product quality fell short of expectations. I was very disappointed: the room was dirty, there was no safe in it, we never had hot water, no coffee pods, and we had to request towels multiple times. These are basic services you should expect from a hotel, so I won’t return.

Even though our booking was confirmed on your site, we arrived to find our reservation cancelled by the hotel without any notice, leaving us utterly embarrassed and scrambling to find another place at the last minute. Overbooking and then cancelling months‑ahead reservations is outrageous.
