The staff are very refined. Nothing that bothered me.
“one of the best hotels in Kuwait”
The hotel is excellent. However, it shows a free parking slot, yet parking without valet is difficult, and valet parking is charged.
“رائعة”
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the service good, but the elevators were crowded and the fitness centre felt too small.
The location, comfort, and service are all excellent.
“جميله جدا اعيد التجربة”
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
