The spot was perfect for a trip to Oaxaca City; the location is superb, the room was very nice, breakfast was the best in town, and the staff were kind and eager to help in any way they could. The only downside is that being on the main pedestrian street makes loading and unloading luggage a bit harder than at other spots, though the hotel staff are ready to assist with the logistics.

Spacious, friendly staff, great breakfast, good service. A little old‑fashioned, some outside noise, and the toilets and drainage could be better.
