“Very helpful and responsive staff in a slightly tired hotel.”
The staff were great, quick to respond and helpful before we got here, and arranging free transfers to and from the airport with them was a breeze. The rooms felt a bit tired, the area around the hotel was noisy at night, and the breakfast fell short of what I’d expect in the UK.

The breakfast was adequate. I’d love to see more Ethiopian food options added.

The central location, the courteous friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, and the professional conduct of the manager all stood out, plus the good value for money by European standards and, of course, the location. However, there were still a few hiccups: Wi‑Fi outages, issues with hot water, and similar problems.
The staff were very friendly and the room was bright and clean. I liked the local breakfast. Once, though, I didn’t receive my coffee; after asking twice, they asked me again—coffee? I confirmed—but it still didn’t arrive.
