Scarlet’s Cottage & Tea Garden in Cochin is a newly renovated adults‑only B&B featuring a lush garden, terrace, and private bathrooms with walk‑in showers. Guests receive free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a picnic spot. A tour desk, paid shuttle, and private check‑in/out enhance convenience. It lies a 6‑minute walk from Fort Kochi Beach, near the Kochi Biennale and Santa Cruz Cathedral.

I enjoyed the garden, the eagle, the clean and cozy room, and the overall vibe. Scarlet's Cottage is truly a relaxing oasis in bustling Cochi, and Scarlet herself is an exceptional host—you can’t get closer to tropical nature. I liked everything.

It was a heavenly corner and wonderful Scarlet! We spent two days in Cochi and were lucky to find this house. The location is perfect: everything you need is nearby. The garden and room are ideal for relaxing. Scarlet helped us with everything—thanks a lot! I highly recommend this house to everyone. I hope to return soon. Great location, clean, you can leave bags, and the host is warm and welcoming. The bed in the couples room we booked was relatively small.
