The pousada is outside the city, but access is easy. The natural setting is fantastic, and when there are no noisy neighboring guests, the silence of nature is wonderful. However, the breakfast was terrible: stale French bread, hard rolls, party snacks that weren’t good, watered‑down juices, and unfresh fruit. The breakfast, which usually is the time for fresh pastries, well‑made scrambled eggs, fruit salad, and a warm cake, was my biggest disappointment during the stay.

I couldn't get settled at the lodge. No one was there to open the gate and receive guests. We were left on the street with nowhere to go and had to return to town to find another place to stay. I had no chance to see anything; when we arrived, everything was closed and no one was at the lodge to greet us—a huge disregard.

The place has plenty of space and many green areas, but it was a disappointment because I paid for the upper chalet only to find a lot of insects at my door, forcing me to sweep the front door for two days; the ninfas kept entering the chalet, making it impossible to use the pool, which was always cloudy and full of the same stuff.
