“Disappointing experience – fell far short of premium expectations”
Beachfront. The entire property gave the distinct impression of extreme cost-cutting, which severely impacted the quality of our stay. Some of the specific issues we encountered include: 1. Dining and Service: The breakfast experience was chaotic; there were not enough seats for guests, food items were constantly running out, and the staff seemed unable to accommodate simple requests (such as preparing an omelet). We were also limited to a buffet-only dinner option, with the staff citing a "cylinder shortage" as the reason for the lack of variety or service. 2)Hygiene and Maintenance: The cleanliness of the dining area was deeply concerning. We observed flies around the cut fruit display and discovered a dead lizard under our breakfast table. Additionally, basic amenities such as water bottles for the room were not provided and had to be requested repeatedly. 3) Staff Morale: It was evident that the staff lacked the training and morale necessary to provide a standard of hospitality expected at this price point. Service felt reactive and overwhelmed rather than welcoming. We chose this resort expecting a premium, relaxing experience, but the reality was quite the opposite. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as the property clearly requires significant improvements in hygiene, operational management, and staff training to justify its position and pricing. I would not recommend this resort in its current state

We spent four lovely days here. The staff were extremely helpful and we practically had the place to ourselves. The beach is beautiful and empty, and the food is really good.
Its location is great , miles of beach access. Great views. Poor value for money. The tariff compared to the food, and other amenities is not justified. Breakfast buffet is inadequate, sometimes cold and the restaurant menu is limited. Spa massage session was constantly interrupted by knocks on the door while in session. Not a quiet tranquil experience. Therapist was good but the place needs a calmer atmosphere

The room was spacious, the food was top quality, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the beach setting is beautiful. The pool cover made the water a bit cooler. An in‑room booklet with details on restaurant hours, spa, massage, laundry, Wi‑Fi password, and how to use the TV (including English sports and news channels) would be useful. Shower water pressure could be better, and the doorbell is very loud.
The staff were nice. The outdoor bathroom was disgusting. Dead mosquitos in the sink and tub every time you went out. Bird poo on the bathroom wall near the shower. Food variety was rubbish and you could tell they reused the same curry the next day. Spa therapist was good but not present half our visit. Overall quite disappointing and not worth the money
