The boutique getaway is stunning, with great zen décor and activities, and the food is lovely. However, the resort isn’t built for wheeled luggage; the floors are uneven and the many stairs make hauling a suitcase a real hassle.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, the pool was impeccably maintained and the rooms spotless, letting me truly unwind during my stay. In the evenings they offered free meditation sessions, and during the day a variety of classes were available; each afternoon they lovingly prepared tea in the tea house. It was an incredibly harmonious place.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Hegu Mountain Retreat. The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and slow down. One of the things we enjoyed most was waking up to the sounds of nature, which were incredibly calming and added to the special feeling of the place. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. They were always willing to help, answer questions, and assist with anything we needed. Their personal approach made us feel less like guests and more like part of a family. The location is quiet, the scenery is lovely, and the overall experience was very positive. We are grateful for the hospitality and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your care and dedication
