The staff were friendly and welcoming. Getting to the hotel was a bit tricky because the street sign was hidden by overgrown bushes, and the building sits behind a Kohl’s and Hobby Lobby (you pass the delivery areas). Some updates are needed: the elevator tiles are broken and loose, and the room door was hard to open, probably because it was recently painted and sticks.

Stayed only for a night on the way to Washington DC. Hotel room was clean and comfortable for family of 3. Room had a microwave and fridge which is a plus. Breakfast was good although not many varieties. Location is near to Robinson shopping mall. Hotel need renovation, specifically the lift

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and Robinson Mall was a big plus, but the garbage trucks in the parking lot started up at 5am on Thursday, waking us up while we were still jet‑lagged.

The reusable dishes and cutlery really stood out, the breakfast was superb, and the room was great and spotless, complete with glasses and porcelain mugs.

I was relieved to finally leave this place, which really needs to start a renovation from the sixth floor down; it was not clean and not inviting at all—more like a Super 8 motel than a Hyatt, with a terrible breakfast and overall a lot of work to be done.
