The bed was comfortable, the bathroom tidy, and the phone check‑in instructions were clear; however, when I arrived there was only one roll of toilet paper, the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, and I wished the coffee machine had more capsules. It would help if the platform required listings to state how many capsules they provide. Buying a box for a night or two seems pointless if the brand changes next stay. Overall a good place but quite far from the center.

The place was clean, freshly renovated, and Adriana was courteous; it's close to Bologna Fiera, has a coffee machine in the room, and a shared fridge with cold water. The TV remote didn’t work, there was a little soap for washing, the toilet paper holder was positioned so you can’t sit properly on the toilet, there’s no proper bed but a sofa‑bed, and the room size is essential.

The room was spacious and spotless, the air‑conditioner worked perfectly, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Nothing else to note.
