The place works well as a stopover. The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay: a TV, a private bathroom and toilet, towels, free toiletries, bottled water, sachets of coffee, tea and sugar, and an electric kettle. Breakfast can be ordered. Check‑in at the reception is comfortable, and check‑out is done via a coded box. The restaurant is downstairs. A gas station is right next door, which was especially handy on Sunday when shops were closed, and a Stokrotka grocery store is a little further away. Free private parking is available for guests. Overall it’s a good spot for a single night on the road, especially because of the cleanliness, parking, and easy check‑in.
It’s worth knowing that some rooms (ours in particular) are on the attic – this wasn’t obvious in the photos. The ceiling is quite low, so taller people might find it less comfortable (especially under the shower). The view from the window looks out onto a cemetery, though the skylight makes it less noticeable. A drawback was the lack of working air‑conditioning, which was disappointing for us. The room also had no slippers or a wardrobe. Another inconvenience was the lack of clear signage for the property. When we arrived, it was hard to tell where the accommodation was – only the restaurant and gas station were visible. We had to ask where the entrance and the actual building were. Better signage would help, especially for first‑time visitors.
