We stayed three nights to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest, and the experience was fantastic; Scott’s attentive help explained the park itinerary in detail and assisted with everything, highly recommended!

The spot is superb, right next to the park entrance and restaurants, and the staff were super helpful, even booking our park tickets for us.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the hotel—perfect location, modern and comfortable, but the real star is Scott! We had a huge issue with high‑speed train tickets: the order was placed in advance, yet two days before departure we were told there were none, which left me in tears. Without Scott we’d have been in trouble; we’re deeply grateful for his help and respect. I recommend this place to everyone and wish the owner prosperity! Scott, you’re the best and warmest—what a gem you are! Unfortunately, there was no coffee in the room.
