The staff and the location were great, and the owner was knowledgeable about local history, culture, and attractions, offering genuine help that made our stay even better; the new resort is well designed with guests' comfort in mind, so I highly recommend it. The cleanliness could improve, as we found white fluff on the couch.

The room was spacious and pretty, with oxygen!! which is basic, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, they helped me overcome altitude sickness, and they were exquisitely polite and attentive. Thank you very much. The breakfast was lacking.

The room was stunningly designed, immaculately clean, supremely comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, with an interior that really caught our eye and meticulous detail. The location was perfect, close enough to Old Town for easy exploration. Breakfast was tasty, coffee superb, and the bar was beautifully equipped—a great spot to unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we always felt at ease asking them anything.

The staff’s service was outstanding, making you feel like part of a small close-knit family. The hotel is smaller than most city hotels, but the room we had was far larger than typical standard rooms. Located inside Dukezong Ancient Town, everything is just a short walk away. Dog lovers will enjoy the little puppy roaming the lobby, always eager to greet you as you come in and out.
