The setting is pretty, the room is spacious, the garden is lovely, and the atmosphere is calm. However, if you don’t like animals, you’ll notice many cats around and the floor looks dirty, probably because of the MS soil; the old TV can’t play YouTube.

Eu fiquei muito chateada, pq de última hora o hotel entrou em contato falando que havia tido um temporal um dia antes e tinha desenhado tudo, Só que eu estava indo para um casamento. E m8nha família ja estavam em Bonito no dia do suposto temporal, eles falaram que não aconteceu dada de temporal. Isso me deixou chateado pq, eles mentiram para tirar minha reserva pelo aplicativo. Não gostei pq eles de última hora cancelaram minha reserva alegando que havia tido temporal, meus familiares e amigos que estavam lá falaram que não teve temporal nenhum

I was surprised and found the place very cozy. The female receptionists were unfriendly, but the guy who helped us on arrival and on departure was extremely attentive and kind.

The facilities are good, but it was very dirty. We arrived on Friday and left on Saturday, yet nothing was cleaned around the pool. The coffee room was dirty too.
