The hotel sits in a prime spot, just a short walk from the Railway Station and Bergen's Harbourside, shops, and the Floibanen Funicular. It was spotless and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful, offering a huge selection of cooked items, cold meats, fish, fruit, and pastries. A great stay.

Doskonala lokalizacja w centrum miasta. Bardzo mila obsluga. Obfity bufet sniadaniowy, znakomita kawa. Restauracja Egon w tym samym budynku z szerokim menu i swietna obsluga. Mozna zostawic bagaz w przechowalni jesli lot jest bardzo wczesny jak w naszym przypadku, pokoj byl gotowy juz ok 13.30. W barze przy recepcji kawa i woda gratis. W trakcie 3 dniowego pobytu wszedzie chodzilismy pieszo - do Kode , Grieghallen czy do Bryggen. Pokoj Superior o umiarkowanej powierzchni , lodowka byla w pokoju , ale pusta. W nocy trzeba zaciagac zaslony, bo ulice w sasiedztwie sa mocno oswietlone, na szczescie zaslony dobrze zacienialy pokoj

Location is great, breakfast is great! Clean and nice! I wish they had a 180‑bed room instead of 140 or 150. That really pulls the rating down a bit. The corridors are a little worn, but otherwise fine.

The bed was terrible; the mattress was lumpy and seemed damaged because it squeaked every time you moved it—sleep was disrupted all night and I ended up sleeping on the floor. The bed.
