The guesthouse feels very cozy and family‑like. The owners are very nice and polite. It’s located right in the heart of Nimman. The AC was not close enough to the bed, so even with Turbo mode it barely reached the people lying there. The bedding and curtains had some small stains – not a huge flaw, but still noticeable.

The access is excellent! For the price, the space is large and staying with kids was comfortable. The host’s message responses were quick, and even though we arrived late at night, the airport pick‑up was appreciated. Ants were in the bathroom every day. Maybe it’s the climate, but they might have come in from somewhere.

Clean, tidy, pleasant. The shower was indulgently luxurious with hot water from around the world. Free laundry after three nights.

The shower wasn’t working properly – either hot or cold water. The location is good. The problem was the shower, it was a little bit old, but it was good value for money.

The place sits in the middle of town and the room was set up nicely for four people. Since we stayed longer than three days, they offered a free laundry service, which was great. The owner answered quickly whenever we needed something, which was very helpful. The only downside was a small leak in the bathroom.
