Very quiet, but the housekeeping was sloppy, information was lacking, and one side of the bed was broken.

The location was very quiet, and parking was available right in front of the unit. The apartment was pleasant and well decorated, with towels, shower gel, shampoo and everything needed for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV at the top and bottom of the room offered Netflix. The only downside was the cleanliness: we avoided the jacuzzi because the seats were covered in debris, hair and toilet stains.

I had a great experience at the Denain spa 😊 Communication was quick and suitable, making the booking process smooth. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything you need for a relaxing time. I would recommend it without hesitation!

I was appalled when they cancelled my reservation at the last minute without any reason, right outside their establishment. It was horrible—no courtesy, no last‑minute call, no solution 😡😡
