I liked the resort’s idea, especially the water games for children, but when I arrived the villa wasn’t ready; workers were still cleaning, some lights were out and I had to call maintenance to replace them. There were no keys for the doors inside the villa, some bathroom doors wouldn’t close when I left, and there was no vacuum cleaner for cleaning the villa when I requested housekeeping. The staff used the same floor‑cleaning cloth to wipe the bathroom chairs and sinks!
