The common areas were great, and the kitchen was big enough for a full breakfast spread. The only downside was that shoes had to be removed inside.

Finding the place was a breeze, and the price was reasonable. However, the bathroom lacked a hand towel, which is essential for hygiene, and there was no blow dryer. Breakfast consisted of a single sugary cereal, and the plates and bowls provided were styrofoam, so they couldn't be used to reheat food. The coffee pot had no instructions. I also spotted black widow webs on the corner of the front door steps. The carpet in our bedroom looked dirty, very worn, and matted.

The property was spotless and spacious, and the house itself was stunning. Everything worked perfectly, except I would have liked the ability to turn the air vents on and off, as the room stayed a bit chilly even after closing them.

The house was lovely, and the shoe‑off rule was acceptable. During my visit I met the owners, who were both very friendly. I did dislike being confined to just one room, even though there were 15 rooms available. That day there were fires, so I went outside to check; they were at the mountain base, about 2 to 3 miles away, and posed no danger to the house.
