“Best place in jaislamer”
We found this place from a tourist on the road who highly recommended Hotel Desert; we’re thrilled to be here—accommodation feels like home, the food was great, and the safari was awesome. Go for it.
Everything was perfect, nothing negative.
“Más o menos”
The staff are super friendly, the cleaning is good, and the food is very good and reasonably priced. However, finding the place is difficult—you have to look for it as Desert Café because the name of the lodging isn’t shown and everything in Jaisalmer is called “Desert.” We never slept in the room we booked; instead we got a larger one that had a broken window, letting in a lot of cold at night and insects. On top of that, the soundproofing is zero, so you can hear everyone at the lodging, neighbors, motorbikes, horns, etc., which made it very hard to rest.

The rooms are big, the rooftop is nice, the people are friendly, the place is clean, and the location is good on the quieter side of the fort.
