The facilities were top notch, but the staff at check‑in were quite rude and passive, and the location didn’t feel safe—even though there was security at the entrance, there was still an abundance of homelessness in the area.

The building is beautiful and the new rooms are nice, but there is no breakfast room.

I liked to room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a nice view of the city. The coffee machine was very welcome. Also the steamer was a nice to have since I was on a business trip. The rooftop bar was very nice. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel made the best out of it but the location is just not that great. They have security guards and on the hotel premises you feel safe. But going for a run in this area was not super comfortable

The carpet was dirty, the location felt unsafe, we arrived late from a flight and the street was very uncomfortable; the morning we left was also uneasy with people outside yelling and screaming.
