The location, staff, gym, pool, and price were all great, but my room wasn’t cleaned for two days and I was charged for parking without any prior agreement.

The staff were fantastic, the location superb, and breakfast was good—my favorite place to stay in Raleigh!

It was close to the mall, but there was no balcony, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work, they didn’t give me trash bags, and the microwave was down the hall.
