“Bon séjour”
The ground‑floor room had no neighbors in sight, a garden access and a view of the city. The sheets, however, still had persistent stains despite being clean.
Home felt like a 10‑dollar place, but the location was a bit uphill; calling a 7‑seat car could be hit or miss depending on the driver’s mood about coming down to pick you up. Apart from that, the owners were friendly and very attentive, the food was tasty without any pretension, and it truly felt like being at home.
