Being in the new city centre made sightseeing easy, although the map on the booking site was off by one block and placed the hotel in a KFC alley, while Google Maps showed the correct spot; the front door was always open so checking in was a breeze, the building itself was old but the cleaning was thorough, allowing a comfortable stay, and I had no complaints.

It was a solid choice. The location near the city and the bridge was convenient, the prices were affordable, and the host was friendly.

The place was clean and centrally located. And the staff were friendly. The ac was so loud I had to wear earplugs, and worse- barely effective. I slept on top of the covers, without pj's, and was sweating in my sleep. By 4am, after running for like 6 hours it had improved from miserably hot to uncomfortably hot - and at this point it was also cooler outside than in the room

The staff were welcoming and everything was within walking distance of shops, the river walk, and restaurants. The rain, however, could have stopped for longer stretches.
