“Good location, but tiered & over priced property”

The location is the best feature – right between the beach and town on a quiet walking street. The balconies are large and quite private, and there’s good parking near the bus station. The staff are very nice. However, the property is very uneven; it needs a brand‑new bathroom suite, mattress, and a thorough cleaning and repainting. It’s not worth the price. Compared to a similar holiday in Panarea, we got a lovely room for less, and that island is supposed to be pricier. There are better options in the area for the same price, so I’d choose differently next time.

The accommodation is only a 5‑minute walk from the island’s most beautiful beach. The host is very friendly, and the breakfast terrace offers a dreamy view. The rooms are very large and clean. When asked, alternative egg dishes were offered instead of the classic Italian breakfast (cakes, croissants). The rooms are a bit dark; better lighting over the bathroom mirror would be great. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t reach the room, and the internet itself doesn’t work.

“posto incantevole, relax e buon cibo”

We had a wonderful stay in a very relaxing setting; Francesca and Luciano were very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our requests. They arranged an alternative breakfast for my wife who is lactose intolerant, and the terrace view overlooking the calozione is spectacular. The room was spacious and quiet, the patio with its comfortable hammock surrounded a beautiful garden. The town center is a 5‑minute walk, and the stunning Scario beach is a 15‑minute walk away. We’ll definitely come back sooner or later.
