The room smelled, the AC was noisy and didn't cool, the bed was horrible and lumpy so I couldn't sleep, the 27” TV felt like a joke, the restroom had monogram bars even though I asked for handicap access, the bathtub was slippery and I almost fell—definitely not returning. The family wedding was ruined because none of us slept due to all these problems.

The only thing worth mentioning was the location; everything else was a mess—run-down, rude staff, and dirty.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the location was good, I felt safe, and breakfast was solid.

The employees were friendly and accommodating. The room was larger than the ones we had booked before. The equipment was as described, everything needed was there. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there, but the coffee was good. Unfortunately, the windows couldn't be opened.
