The rooms, location, and breakfast were all great, and I’m very happy with my stay. Everything was exceptional.

The room on the 4th floor had a small balcony overlooking the medieval street, and the property itself was full of character. Gianni was great, showing us the private car lot outside the city walls and driving us into Siena. He helped us lift our bags and served a wonderful breakfast every day. I was surprised by the lively contrada celebrations that went through the ancient cobblestone streets late at night, complete with drumming, flags, and costumes. Once I understood their meaning, I embraced it as part of the experience and used the ear plugs provided.

The location is excellent! Host Luca is very friendly, informative, and thoughtful. We loved the morning coffee because Luca takes care of breakfast and all other guest needs. Very satisfied with our choice and will recommend the place. The room we had was on the top floor, so be prepared to climb stairs, but we were very happy with it as it offered terrific old‑town city views.
