The staff at the front office were horrible—especially the lady from Orssia, who couldn’t communicate with guests. Nothing else to add.

I wish the team had inspected the rooms at least once; it's disappointing to see the lack of cleanliness. When checking in, staff asked for extra money and came across as rude.

The room was poorly maintained, with bedsheets and pillows not washed properly and the TV not working. Overall, cleanliness and upkeep were severely lacking.
