The location is good and the bed is clean and comfortable. The ground floor and reception area are shabby and dark, needing refurbishment, leaving a bad first impression.

The service was decent and the place was reasonably clean, yet the soundproofing was terrible, it was extremely noisy and there wasn’t even a refrigerator in the room.

nothing. You can hear next room take a shower No tissue in room & toilet TV got only 4 channels but can watch only 1 channel (sukan pulak tu) Need to go out to find halal food. quite far from hotel Not suitable for Muslim to stay here

The bed and comforter are nice, rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is cool enough. The pillow was too high.
