I want to thank Manager Mohamed for his professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude toward guests at New Eagles Aqua Parc Resort; he’s always ready to help, listens carefully to requests, and does everything possible to make guests feel comfortable. His warmth, responsibility, and willingness to solve problems leave a very positive impression. Mohamed is a true professional in his field, and the hotel is lucky to have him. As for the hotel itself, the overall stay was decent, with positive aspects and some areas that could be improved. I wish the hotel continued development and service enhancement, and I give special thanks to Mohamed for his excellent treatment of guests.

The reception, hotel, and staff are all friendly, but the sea is rocky and the beach is relatively small.

The staff is very kind, always smiling, and extremely helpful, especially Front Desk Manager Mr. Mohamed Ismail; the location is excellent and very convenient; the rooms are clean, the swimming pools and beach are great, and the food is varied and very good, so I am very happy with my stay.
