Probably one of the nicest hotels in west Yellowstone, with a superb location and facilities. The Branch restaurant disappointed: the menu was limited, and despite the website showing a breakfast menu, they only offered a buffet, so we ate out in town instead.

Close to the entrance and well situated; the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the sink was outside the bathroom.

It was a good night’s stay. I wish there had been a complimentary breakfast, the restaurant was closed, and it cost a little more than expected.

We think this is the best hotel in West Yellowstone; other nearby places lack stars or recognizable names and are basically a disaster compared to it. Our rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly soft, as were the pillows, and we received plenty of towels each day per person. The restaurant served excellent meals, with both dinner and breakfast tasting great; as a family of five with varied tastes, everyone found something delicious, and the bison steak was a hit with the kids. It’s only a 6‑7‑minute drive to the park, making it unbeatable.

Most staff were nice and helpful, except one who seemed unimpressed by my curiosity about the area and hotel services. The location is good, but noise comes from every corner of the room. The ceiling rattles with movement from the upper floors, and the laundry room sits right opposite the room doors, which are poorly insulated and crowded with people and staff. The door’s strange closing mechanism makes a loud slam that can be heard all day. It was an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, especially if you need early sleep to catch the best sights in Yellowstone National Park. I ended up late and exhausted, so I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxed, comfortable stay.
