Everything was perfect.
The room was too cold; we couldn't adjust the AC, so we stayed chilly even after turning it off, and the lounge didn't open until 17h, which was inconvenient.
The staff were friendly, and the hotel is across from the train station, which is convenient for getting to places like Geneve, Evians, and Thonon. The breakfast was good, but the room was small for two people; the two single beds were still close together. By 9:55–10:00, the staff were already clearing the tables as if they were in a hurry, so don’t arrive at the breakfast at 9:45. The cleaning lady would pass by, then the manager (probably) would check the door to see if the cleaner had finished. I was disturbed twice. There was a lot of noise in the neighborhood that Saturday night from young people hanging around the hotel, playing football under the rooms, but the hotel had nothing to do with that.
The breakfast was very good, but it was impossible to find a small cup for my tea or a decent little spoon.
The staff were friendly and the location excellent, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean, though the room felt a bit small.
