The central spot was convenient, yet the place felt crowded. The staff were unhelpful with luggage, the toilet water was broken, the room wasn't clean, the breakfast was poor, they claimed parking was available but there was none, the room had no windows, and the toilet smelled bad.

The hotel delivered solid service and we could have stayed longer than the single night we booked. When we arrived by car, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and arranged parking; despite being downtown there’s street parking along the building plus a dedicated lot. Our room was tidy, non‑smoking, with a retractable mosquito net on the window and a comfortable bed, though we missed having extra towels. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasty options to suit personal taste, and overall our family was pleased.

The hotel provides parking, and there’s also a paid municipal lot nearby, plus a riverside promenade in the vicinity. The room, however, was smoky.
