My experience at this hotel was terrible and ruined my trip. The bathroom was a disaster – the toilet leaked nonstop through the night, creating a constant drip and a slick floor, while the sink drain was completely clogged. When I called the front desk, the staff answered slowly and sounded impatient. The restaurant was equally bad: I waited an absurd amount of time to be seated and to place my order, staff ignored guests, got orders wrong and served food with huge delays, leaving me waiting almost an hour for simple dishes with no updates. Overall, the service was shockingly inefficient and the employees seemed untrained. With broken room facilities, unprofessional staff and a dreadful restaurant, this property fails even basic standards. I cannot recommend it and will never book there again; I hope management repairs the facilities and retrains the staff promptly.

The location was good and the evenings around the pool were really nice, but the place felt a little dated and could use a small upgrade.

“Nice hotel in Port Harcourt”

The security was spot on, with several staff on duty and a thorough screening process that included a scanner and luggage check at the entrance; everyone was friendly and helpful, and the cleaners worked hard. The pool was monitored with regular water sampling, and there were tennis courts and an on‑site salon and spa. Breakfast staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the chef offered a great selection of omelettes, though the overall menu felt limited; I would have liked more items like bakery goods, cheese, and cold meats, and it was a bit unnerving to see food left uncovered.
