Perlablu in Centro

The property is close to the port, which was important to me. The owner was very pleasant and even helped us late at night. The front door was quite difficult to open; the lock needs replacement. Unfortunately, despite our short stay we couldn't sleep because the neighbors next door were noisy late into the night and the walls were thin. The pillows were extremely hard, making it impossible to rest on them. Even with sincere intentions to give a higher rating, these issues prevented me from doing so.

The proximity to the harbour was convenient. The shower head was broken, the shower drain was blocked, the sink was blocked, the bathroom smelled, the room smelled, and there was noise from another room due to thin walls.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The internal finishes of the rooms need more attention, especially the damaged wall and ceiling areas, and the main entrance door to the building was not fully functional (you have to fiddle with the key a bit).

It is clean and equipped with everything needed, and the location is ideal for reaching the center and all points of interest in Naples.
