This boutique hotel sits among a small cluster of hotels, restaurants, and a local village. The staff were super helpful and caring, arranging a booking to a local attraction for us. The foot massage was excellent—extra paid, but great value. The photos make it look like the hotel might stand alone on its own grounds, but don’t let that deter you; the local activity and people made the stay even more special.

Probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The location is brilliant, the views are amazing, and the staff are wonderful—very helpful and willing to go above and beyond, no request is too much, and they all speak good English. The food is delicious. What’s not to love? Nothing—everything was perfect.

The place sits in a quiet spot, perfect for any type of trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us plan excursions. They offered massages that were truly excellent! I’d definitely recommend it. The breakfast was decent, though it could use some improvement.

I would advise against dropping off guests at the train station when you had promised to pick them up. While pickup isn’t included in the drop, the lack of clarification can make it seem like you’re misleading guests, which harms your reputation.

Room: Overlooking the lake, mountain and greenery. Location: A peaceful, calm and tranquil area. Relaxed me right off the bat. Staff: Exceptional. Were very caring and concerned about taking care of us, and were extremely friendly with our kids. Food: We are vegetarian, and the restaurant has great options taking care of us. We came with young kids. If the kids' club at the hotel was better kept, that would have been great. But that is a small thing. The overall experience was amazing!!
