I appreciated having laundry facilities in the room, a comfortable bed, a spacious room, two bathrooms, and the front staff were amazing. We asked for extra pillows and they found more for us. The breakfast was also tasty. I don’t have any specific complaints; maybe a slightly larger couch would let me lie down on it.

The room felt cozy and the staff were friendly, and the windows even had screens, which is a rare find in Bangkok. However, the shower temperature control was unreliable; the water would be either too hot or too cold, and I couldn't dial it to a comfortable setting.

The free shuttle from the hotel to the BTS and MRT was a big plus, but the breakfast was just average.

The elevator was a hassle: we often had to insert the card multiple times before it accepted it. Twice it took so long that the lift lights went out and I was left in the dark, forcing me to use my phone to see and finally get the lift to work.

The hotel sits on a quiet street in a great spot, and the check‑in was smooth. The room was spacious, well equipped, and the location is close to a large shopping centre (10 minutes) and several restaurants within 5 minutes. I was especially impressed by how quickly the reception and housekeeping responded to fix any issues. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked, with excellent coffee.
