I paid a $300 deposit for two nights, still haven’t gotten it back after more than two weeks.
“We will not be staying here again”
The place was in a convenient spot, but the headboard in our room was dirty, scratched, and had writing on it.
“Would love to come back again with more family and friend especially for a concert as it is an exact commute from the v”
The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, but the slot machines and tables only have a few non‑smoking spots, which is a bit limiting.
There was no microwave.
“Not worth the expense”
The casino was big with many slots and tables, the shops and restaurants were interesting, and the food and drinks at the pool bar were good. I arrived at 6:15 after a long flight and the rooms weren’t ready, so we were split into different towers even though we asked for rooms on the same floor. One pool was closed because of glass, the towel hut was unattended and there were no towels. The pool area was extremely noisy and not peaceful; it closed at 8. My room had a smoke smell even though we requested non‑smoking rooms. The hotel was overpriced and the pictures on the website don’t match the real place.
